Gardens By The Bay D-walls

We conclude yet another quarter's update for the Thomson Line at Gardens by the Bay. Guide walls for the diaphragm wall trench have been installed around the perimeter of the station box, where D-walling works are underway. The T228 site office, together with several equipment and rest sheds have been constructed to the south. Preliminary SI works have also started around Entrance C and the GBME retrieval shaft. Pictures in this update were taken on January 25.

Recent school and social commitments from WK and I have resulted in time constraints among the both of us and while we still aim to provide consistent quarterly updates, subsequent updates could be staggered. Thus far into 2015, we have received numerous enquiries and appreciation with regards to the construction updates of the line, and we encourage readers to not hesitate from doing so. Our next round of update shall begin around mid March.
